When first introduced in 1977 Vespa P125X models had no indicators however from 1978 onwards indicators were fitted as standard. Front and rear brakes are cable operated drum brakes. Engines have 4 gears, points ignition and a 3 plate clutch. P125X use 2% 2 stroke oil premix.
