When first introduced in 1977 Vespa P200E models had no indicators however from 1978 onwards indicators were fitted as standard. Front and rear brakes are cable operated drum brakes. Engines have 4 gears, electronic ignition and a 3 plate clutch. P200E use 2% 2 stroke oil premix.
